TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCREDITATIONS
1) In the context of the proper conduct of the games and with the aim of ensuring that access to the public sector is provided exclusively to professional sports editors, only those who hold a valid journalistic identity of AIPS (International Sports Press Association), and / or are registered members of the Cyprus Sports Journalists Association (EAK) have the right to apply.
2) Each Mass Media can secure up to two (2) accreditations per match.
3) Accreditation applications should be submitted through the online form no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time of the race. After the above deadline, no new accreditation applications or any requests for changes, additions or replacements of persons already declared will be accepted.
4) Accreditation is strictly personal, not transferred and applies only to the person to whom it is issued.
5) Entry to the press premises of the “Alphamega” Stadium will be allowed exclusively to people who have secured and have a valid accreditation for this race. Persons who do not have an approved match accreditation will not be allowed to enter the spaces intended for the media.
6) Accreditation is intended exclusively for journalistic coverage of the games and is not an entry ticket for attending the match.
7) AEL reserves the right to limit the number of approved accreditations per race, if this is required for safety, capacity or operational needs of the “Alphamega” Stadium.
8) The submission of an application does not automatically imply the issuance of accreditation. AEL reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any request, as well as to revoke accreditation in case of non-compliance with the applicable regulations or misuse of the privileges it provides.
