AEL LOYALTY is the official AEL fan loyalty program, created to recognize and reward the most loyal supporters of our team.
Through the program, members will enjoy priority ticket purchase for high-demand matches and away games with limited availability, as well as access to exclusive privileges, special offers and unique experiences that bring fans closer to the team.
The aim of the program is transparency and strengthening the relationship between AEL and its people, practically rewarding the long-term support and dedication to the club.
PARTICIPATION IN THE AEL LOYALTY PROGRAM
Every AEL Limassol fan can participate in the AEL LOYALTY program, those who already have a verified ticket account, with the correct details and the necessary consent registered, will automatically be included in the AEL LOYALTY program for the 2026–2027 season.
Every fan of AEL Limassol who will register the correct and updated personal information requested by AEL, while providing their relevant consent.
The registration and updating of data can be carried out through the following methods:
- Through the AEL WALLET application, which is available for free on the App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android.
- At the AEL Official Shop, during opening hours.
- Online via the ticket platform: tickets.ael.com.cy
Purchases from AEL Official Shops
Each purchase worth €3 corresponds to 1 loyalty point. (€3 → 1 point).
For purchases made with an AEL VISA card, points are doubled:
Every €3 corresponds to 2 points. (3€ →2 point).
Notes:
*Purchases made through shop.ael.com.cy and WOLT are rewarded with AEL Loyalty points. Proof of purchase must be presented at the AEL Official Shop to register points.
Season Tickets 2026-2027
The purchase of a season ticket is rewarded as follows:
VIP BOX individual position: 400 points
VIP Seat: 250 points
East Stand: 180 degrees
West Stand: 180 degrees
South Stand: 150 points
*Additional reward:
Payment for a 2026 – 2027 season ticket with an AEL VISA card: +50 points.
VIP BOX seats are rewarded with loyalty points only in cases where nominal season tickets are issued (fan card required).
Seats for which individual match tickets are issued will be rewarded with the corresponding ticket points per match.
Attendance at Games (Inside Venue)
Points for all home and away matches will be announced via the official ticket pre-sale announcements.
Season Tickets
Season ticket holders will receive the corresponding points by scanning their ticket upon entering the stadium.
Tickets Per Match
For individual tickets:
For home matches, loyalty points will only be awarded after a successful ticket scan upon entering the stadium.
*Honorary tickets are not rewarded with points.
Attendance at Games (Off-site)
At away matches, ticket sales may be made on a priority basis according to fan loyalty points.
In the event that available tickets are sold out without a free pre-sale, no reward points will be awarded for the specific match.
For away matches, loyalty points will be awarded upon completion of the ticket purchase.
*Honorary tickets are not rewarded with points.
AEL VISA
Creating an AEL VISA card through Bank of Cyprus is rewarded with loyalty points.
Existing and new AEL VISA holders will need to present their physical card at the AEL Official Shop (Agias Zoni) for identification purposes.
Reward: 50 loyalty points.
Other Actions
AEL Limassol reserves the right to reward with points any other actions related to the team, such as:
*Purchases of specific products
*Participation in events
*Special promotions
*Other activities to be officially announced by the team.
Redeem Loyalty Points
The Limassol Athletic Association AEL, within the framework of the AEL LOYALTY program, provides its members with the opportunity to redeem the loyalty points they collect, without affecting or losing their priority order in the program.
Upon completing every 500 loyalty points, the fan must choose to convert the available points into a voucher via the platform or application. After conversion, the voucher will appear in the AEL WALLET application and can be used for redemption.
The voucher can be redeemed until 15/06/2027 at AEL Official Shops, as well as at selected AEL partners, who will be officially announced during the season.
In case the voucher is not used by 15/06/2027, it will be automatically cancelled and deleted, without the possibility of reactivation or compensation.
To redeem the voucher at AEL Official Shops or program partners, the fan is required to present the voucher exclusively through the AEL WALLET application.
The redemption process will be completed by scanning the voucher by the competent authorized person.

AEL LOYALTY Program Summary Terms and Conditions
AEL LOYALTY is the official fan rewards program of AEL Limassol, which aims to recognize and reward the long-term support and loyalty of the team's fans. Through the program, members can collect loyalty points, benefit from special privileges and offers, redeem points through electronic vouchers, as well as obtain, where applicable, priority in purchasing tickets for high-demand and/or limited-availability matches.
Every fan of AEL Limassol has the right to participate in the program, provided that they have registered complete, correct and updated personal information in the official AEL systems and have provided the required consents.
Loyalty points are strictly personal and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold or granted to another person or account, including members of the same family or relatives. AEL reserves the right to suspend or cancel the participation of any member.
The allocation of points for home and away matches will be determined and announced through the official ticket pre-sale announcements.
Upon completing every 500 loyalty points, the member can receive an electronic voucher worth €10, through the AEL WALLET application. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, they are not
are transferable and may only be redeemed in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of their issuance and use. For the 2026–2027 season, vouchers will
valid until 15/06/2027, unless otherwise announced. After their expiration, they will be automatically canceled, without the possibility of reactivation, extension or compensation.
AEL Limassol reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the AEL LOYALTY program, as well as to change the terms of participation, the method of collecting or redeeming points, the available privileges, the reward ratios and any other aspect of the program, upon relevant announcement.
