- The attractiveness of the Academy towards high-level football players and coaches is enhanced. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The staffing of the Academy includes specialized personnel in all areas (coaches, assistant coaches, fitness coaches, goalkeeper coaches, performance analysts, physiotherapists, scouts), ensuring a comprehensive and modern development environment. At the same time, modern management and control practices are introduced, such as weekly meetings, organized communication through digital tools and systematic monitoring of the progress of football players. This new strategy is an important step towards the creation of a model Academy, with the main goal of the holistic development of young athletes and the constant supply of high-level football players to the first team.
