Payments in Installments: Refund Policy:
Payment for season tickets can be made in up to 3 installments.
The first installment must be at least 50% of the total amount, the second 25% and the third 25%.
Payments in Installments will be made ONLY at the AEL Official Shop of Agias Zoni.
Payments in Installments cannot be made online. There will be no refunds of installments in the event of cancellation or other problem for which AEL is not responsible.

Payment Deadline:
Only after payment of the amount will the cards be received.

Special Pricing for SYFAEL Members:
All SYFAEL members are entitled to the reduced price of €150 on season tickets for the South Stand only.

To receive the season ticket, members must present their Association membership card for the year 2026-2027.

The following special terms apply to AEL Season Tickets for the 2026–2027 season:
Acceptance of Season Ticket Terms: By purchasing an AEL Season Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, as well as the General Terms of Entry to the Stadium, which are considered an integral part of these terms.
Season Ticket Holders' Rights: By purchasing a Season Ticket, the holder is entitled to entry to the Stadium, designated as the home of AEL, to watch our team's Championship and Cyprus Cup matches, during the 2026–2027 Season as defined by each category.

Loss of Season Ticket: In case of loss, the Season Ticket holder must immediately contact the AEL Ticket Department, at 99 68 1930.
Prohibition of transfer or assignment of the Season Ticket: The Season Ticket is personal. It is not assigned or transferred in any way to another person. If it is found that it is being used by a person other than the one listed on the Season Ticket, AEL will reserve the right to cancel the Ticket and prohibit the person holding it from entering the Stadium.

Season Ticket Return: After purchasing the Season Ticket, the Ticket cannot be returned, partially or fully offset, or refunded.
Prohibition of exchange, resale and general trading of Season Tickets: The exchange, resale and general trading of Season Tickets, as well as their procurement on behalf of third parties in the context of commercial or business activity, is prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Tickets for political, commercial, advertising or other promotional purposes (for example as prizes in competitions) is prohibited, unless written approval has been given by AEL. AEL reserves the right to cancel such Tickets at any time.

Postponement – ​​Cancellation and Holding of the Match “behind closed doors”: In the event of postponement, cancellation or holding of the Match “behind closed doors” of any Match, the holders have no right to compensation of any kind.

AEL's Liability: AEL will not bear any liability for any claims by a Season Ticket holder for compensation for damages, losses or expenses arising due to cancellation, postponement or change of time, date and venue of the Match for any reason.

Participation in incidents - inappropriate behavior of the holder: In the event of the holder's participation in incidents or other acts and actions that are not consistent with the sporting status and/or constitute a defamation of the match, the sport, AEL, its athletes, AEL reserves the right to immediately remove the holder from the Stadium and/or prohibit his/her entry to it and/or to future Match(es) and/or cancel and prohibit the use of the specific Season Ticket without prior notice and without any compensation.

Owners' liability: Owners are liable to AEL for any culpable act or omission that contravenes a provision of law or violates these Terms, as well as the General Terms of Entry to the Stadium, in order to compensate for any damage, positive and negative, that it may suffer from the actions, deeds and general conduct of the owner during the Match.

Non-compliance with Terms: In the event of the holder's non-compliance with one of the above Terms, as well as with the General Terms of Entry to the Stadium, AEL reserves the right to withhold the Season Ticket and cancel it.
